1 This snorkel kit is designed to deliver a large volume of the coolest and cleanest air possible into the stock air cleaner assembly of NM engines

Installation Instructions
1 Remove right-hand wheel arch liner grille right-hand headlight right-hand side indicator and wiring loom air intake ducting air cleaner housing and mounting bracket
2 Tape the template to the upper rear corner of the right-hand guard mark all hole positions then remove template
3 Drill 4mm pilot holes enlarge snorkel mounting holes to 16mm drill snorkel snout hole to 95mm deburr and paint all holes
4 Position holesaw center fixture behind headlight mark holes drill 1/8” holes fix holesaw center fixture enlarge hole to 95mm deburr paint and install rubber edging
5 Apply Loctite to stainless steel mounting studs install studs into snorkel body inserts attach upper mounting bracket mark bracket position on ‘A’ pillar with masking tape then remove snorkel
6 Remove bracket from snorkel body place bracket on ‘A’ pillar mark and drill 8mm mounting holes deburr and paint
7 Insert plastic body clips in ‘A’ pillar fasten upper mounting bracket with screws
8 Relocate side indicator loom through inner guard rear hole secure with cable ties
9 Drill 12mm hole 25mm back from front air cleaner mounting bracket hole deburr and paint position spacer washers fasten air cleaner relocation brackets and mounting bracket
10 Install inner duct apply Sikaflex adhesive sealant to inside of duct and snorkel snout for watertight seal install snorkel body onto guard fasten with hardware and upper mounting bracket
11 Secure inner duct to snorkel body using self-tapping screws ensure duct is tight against snorkel body snout shoulder before securing
12 Drill 5mm hole between first and second internal ribs of air cleaner housing 55mm down from air filter recess
13 Position hose and clamps on inner duct install air cleaner housing and entry duct mark hole on air cleaner entry duct pad remove ducts
14 Drill marked hole to 5mm apply Sikaflex sealant to pad duct and housing inlet secure air cleaner entry duct to housing with pop rivet ensuring watertight seal clean excess sealant
15 Install air cleaner housing to mounting bracket fasten connect hose and clamps securely
16 Re-install air cleaner element lid headlight grille side indicator and wiring loom check headlight and indicator operation re-install inner guard liner
17 Install air ram assembly to snorkel body fasten clamp
